Specialized Computer Services LLC agrees to provide computer repair and IT support services as described in the client proposal or service agreement. This may include on-site and remote troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, network setup, data backup, and related technical support.
The client must provide timely access to necessary systems, locations, and information, including devices, network equipment, login credentials (where appropriate), and service premises. Delays by the client may result in project extension.
Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing. Specialized Computer Services LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts that are past due.
Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to specific configurations or deliverables created on the client’s systems. Specialized Computer Services LLC retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, scripts, and any pre-existing software or documentation.
Agreements may be terminated by either party with prior written notice as stipulated in the service contract or proposal. The client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
